Effective June 30th, 2008, by order of the Federal Bankrupcy Court, Koger/Tri-State Management will cease operations. The assets of the firm have been purchased by Gates, Hudson & Associates Condominium Management. As per the court instructions, Koger/Tri-State will no longer provide business transactions.

GHA will contact each Koger/Tri-State client to provide any paperwork needed to ensure a smooth transition. For your convenience, we have included GHA contact information on the right side of this page.
